Damn you Taco Bell!!!! With your new value menu and your strawberry Fruitistas!!!! It’s like ever since I’ve been home, I’ve been eating out. I’ve gained 6 pounds already! It’s Ridiculous!!!! I mean if it wasn’t for me walk/running 6 miles almost everyday,I would be as big as a house. I think it’s because I haven’t been doing my Sparkpeople like I should lately, since I don’t have access to a computer all the time like I used to. I think that’s another reason why I’m gaining weight. Being on the computer passes the time for me and I would stay on it for hours and forget to eat.

But I’m going to do something about it though. Get back on track, and if I must eat Taco Bell on the regular, I might as well eat healthy. They have that Fresca menu, when I believe is just the regular stuff. I don’t know how adding chopped up tomatoes to soft taco shaves any calories off….but I’mma let them do them. I’ve been eating steak now instead of beef when I go. Extra protien and it’s lower in calories, but I don’t think it really matters, especially when I’m getting 500 calorie quesadillas and nacho cheese chalupas.

But really, I don’t really care about losing tons of weight anymore. Like I was trying to get down to 135. I’m 155(I’m lying…add 3 more pounds to that number) right now,and I don’t see myself being 135 and keeping my curves. Maybe 145 or 140, but nothing lower. I was losing weight to fit into a bikini because I hated one-pieces. Like the way the bottom is cut, it shows off my jiggly thighs,and I like wearing boy shorts. But I can still buy a tankini and look good. get my boyshorts and a top that covers my stomach, plus I dont wanna show too much skin on the beach anyway. Last thing I need is dirty old men staring at me. I get enough of that unknowingly online. I bet they looking at me right now….ok I’m about to vomit thinking about that……

But yeah I’m going to continue to workout,and keep myself healthy…kinda. Drink nothing but water and an occasional strawberry soda,eat my taco bell but make healthier decisions while there,and just continue to live my life. I’ve noticed that I lose more weight when I’m not thinking about losing weight. I mean 3 out of 4 Boos say there is nothing wrong with my body,and the 4th one I just didn’t bring it up so I’m good…..God would of gave me a Kim Kardashian body if he wanted me to have one, but he didn’t because if he did it wouldn’t be a Kim Kardashian body…it’ll be a Claudette Jameson body.  I came to the conclusion that you cannot have the same body as a certain celebrity, because of a little thing called Genetics and 5 hours six days a week of exercise and eating twigs and berry. Not everyone can have a butt like Beyonce or Kim, it ain’t gonna happen. If all your fat goes to your stomach, it’s never going to your ass unless you get a Butt Augmentation. For example, when I gain weight, I become all stomach and thigh. My luscious booty disappears, my breast stay, but that’s about it. I’ve tried exercises to get a Beyonce booty, and it just gave me a more muscular version of my regular booty. Yeah I gained a couple of inches, but nothing spectacular.

What I’m trying to say is, love your body!! It’s the only one you got. I am totally against plastic surgery. If God wanted you to have big boobs, and big booty,and a 23 inch waist, he would of gave it to you. Love the skin you’re in, take care of it. If you’re ment to lose weight, it will come off. As long as it’s not effecting your health, don’t worry about it. I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was 8 years old. I lost a couple of pounds,but I’m healthy for the most part. I exercise regularly. I eat breakfast. I love fruit,I drink my soy milk,and have some Special K…..when I’m broke and can’t go to Wal-Mart and get a slice of Red Velvet cake (That Actually sounds good right about now). Just take care of the body you have, and work with the body you have. Don’t worry about what other people have to say about your look, they shouldn’t matter…do you!!!
